Body Tree

The Tree is symbolic in many ways, it represents firm foundations, growth, energy, and strength. The Body and Tree combined represent the Holistic nature of the work we do, our many branches. The Boddhi Tree is the sacred tree under which the Buddha found enlightenment. Traditional Thai Massage is a therapy which was practiced by the Buddhist monks in India, who then introduced it to Thailand about 2500 years ago.

About Allison

I would like to express my delight at the treatment I have recieved’.                                                  Nicola, 44, NHS Administrator

I provide tailor made Holistic Sessions designed to Balance and Connect Body, Mind & Spirit

Yoga is an essential part of my day to day life, not just the physical practice, but Being in the moment in all that I do. Karma Yoga is the Yoga of everyday actions, being absorbed in Living. My daughter Satya has been my greatest teacher in this area, and IS my Karma Yoga.

I have been teaching Yoga for 8 years & have been a practitioner for about 15 years. I have studied many styles & had some amazing teachers. The most influential have been Katrin Kohler in Prague and Sundar in Auckland N.Z. I have had teacher training in London, New Zealand and The Midlands.

Yoga is at the Heart of all the work I do. The breath is integral to every session. Knowing Yourself, Your Being, and encouraging that understanding underpins how we will work together.

I look forward to meeting You & having a chat about your needs!

Blessings, Love & Light,

Allison
