A Personalised Exercise Programme can be designed to meet your own particular needs. Many clients come with specific requirements such as: Postural issues; Back Pain; Sports Conditioning.

After first carrying out a Postural Assessment a range of techniques are used to work towards the results you require.

Techniques used can include:

Swiss Ball

Core Conditioning, including Pilates

Bands, weights & balls

Strength & Stability Exercises, including Yoga

Also available One to One Pilates sessions
