We can design Personalised Exercise Sessions to meet your own particular needs. Many of our clients come with specific requirements such as: Postural issues; Back Pain; Sports Conditioning.
After first carrying out a Postural Assessment we will use a range of techniques to work towards the results you require.
Techniques used can include:
Swiss Ball
Core Conditioning, including Pilates
Bands, weights & balls
Strength & Stability Exercises, including Yoga
Also available One to One Pilates sessions
