
Yoga in General:
My approach to Yoga is to use the Breath as our guide. Sessions are gentle and explore a range of postures. We work in harmony with the body. We will also look at how Yoga can be applied to our day to day lives. I am Classically trained and also have training in the use of Yoga as a therapy. Sessions are open to all levels. Adaptations and modifications to Asanas (postures) will be given where needed.
Having been Asthmatic I have done a tremendous amount of personal research into the effects of Yogic breathing on Asthma. If you are interested in personal tuition in Breathing Techniques to aid your condition, or wish to attend a Breath Awareness Course, please call or email me to discuss your needs.
I am available to give talks and workshops in Yoga. I can see individuals or groups of up to four people at my home. I am available for classes.

Gentle Yoga @ Sinfin SureStart Centre on Mondays 1.30 - 3.00. Places need to be booked. A free creche is available. Please call me to book or for more details.
Ante-natal Yoga - I will see ladies individually or in small groups of up to four. Learn body and breath awareness; Explore breathing techniques; Gentle stretching & exercise; Relaxation; Connect with your growing baby. Very gentle, soothing and reassuring sessions which are led by the needs of the ladies present. Please call me for a chat.
